What it actually does

• Probes your storefront like an agent. It generates shopper questions from your own catalog, then works through discovery, catalog search, policies and cart the way an AI shopping agent would.
• Runs search-engine SEO checks. Titles, meta descriptions, indexing, canonicals, Open Graph, robots.txt and speed.
• Shows the transcript, not just a score. Every finding includes the agent transcript and exactly how to fix it.
• Drafts the rewrite; you approve it. Product and page rewrites are drafted with AI and published only when you approve them. Nothing publishes on its own.

Pricing

• Free — $0/month, 3 targets.
• Growth — $39/month, 50 targets.
• Pro — $99/month, 1,000 targets.
• Enterprise — $499/month, 4,000 optimizations included each month, then $0.20 per optimization.

There is no free trial, because there is a Free plan — install it, run an audit on three targets, and upgrade only if it finds something worth fixing. Billing is handled by Shopify and appears on your normal Shopify invoice.

What data it asks for

AgentLens requests access to your products and content — it reads them to audit them, and writes back only the rewrites you have approved. It requests no customer data, no order data and no shopper personal information, and it has no way to read any. Uninstalling removes everything it stored.

Questions

Does AgentLens change my store on its own?
No. Audits are read-only. Content changes happen only when you approve a draft, and every applied change can be reverted.

Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free is $0/month: a weekly audit and score, guided fixes, and up to 3 products and pages optimized. There is no free trial because the Free plan is how you try the app.

What data does the app access?
Product titles, descriptions, tags and online-store page content, plus the public storefront it audits. It never reads customer records, orders or checkout data.

Can I audit a competitor?
Yes. Enter any Shopify storefront domain. The audit only uses what that storefront publicly exposes to agents.

Why did my score change when I changed nothing?
Every audit probes your live storefront. Theme updates, app changes, inventory levels and policy edits all affect what an agent can find and answer.

How do I cancel?
Downgrade to Free on the Plans page, or uninstall the app. Uninstalling cancels the subscription and deletes all data AgentLens holds for your store.
